Phishing Email Scam

We are currently aware of a phishing email scam that is using the Palgrave Ltd name.

The emails are instigated by an individual called Ben Stevens and start with a initial introductory request to be involved in supplying products for a large project.

Example Email 1

Subject: New Order Inquiry on huge project.

Hello,

I hope you are well and healthy ?
We are interested in your products. We want to make order for long term import.
send us your Catalogue to our purchasing personel email below so we can share specifications of the products we need.

Our suggestions are-

  • Any such emails should be ignored and deleted immediately.
  • Do not click any links included in the suspicious emails.
  • Do not forward the emails on to any of your contacts / colleagues.
  • Report the suspicious activity to the appropriate authorities.
